Leasing Criteria

In order to lease an apartment from Lake Logan Apartments, L.L.C., an applicant must meet the following criteria:

• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age and be a legal resident of the U.S.
• Applicant must have income equal to or greater than three times the monthly rent for the apartment.  If applicant is a student or does not meet the income requirement, applicant must secure a lease guarantor.  Lease guarantor must meet same income requirements.
• Applicant's consumer report will be obtained (credit check).  Not more than one questionable account per five accounts will be allowed, with not more than two questionable accounts total.  If applicant's report does not meet criteria, applicant must secure a lease guarantor.  Lease guarantor must meet same criteria.

To apply for a lease in one of our apartments, please read the Lease Agreement and complete the Lease Application Form.  
Then mail this form along with a non-refundable fee of $25.00 (cost of background check) to:
